What is Goflow?
Goflow is cloud operations software for brands that sell in several places at once. It pulls orders from your marketplaces and webstores into one queue, keeps stock levels in sync across every listing, routes each order to the right warehouse, buys shipping labels, and reports on sales and profit. The company’s own tagline sums up the aim: “We make multi-channel feel single-channel.”
The problem it solves is familiar to anyone selling on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify together. Each channel has its own order screen and its own stock count. Sell the last unit on one and the others keep selling it. Goflow sits in the middle as the system of record: products live in its catalog, listings on each channel are mapped to those products, and inventory updates flow out to every channel from there.
Goflow is made by Goflow LLC, based in Jersey City, New Jersey. It claims more than 629 million transactions processed and 280 million packages fulfilled through the platform. Those are vendor figures, not ours. It is not an AI tool: we found no AI features on its homepage, pricing page or 2025-2026 changelog. It earns a place in our directory as operations software that many AI-assisted ecommerce teams run alongside their other tools.
Who it is for
- Multichannel brands. Sellers on two or more of Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Temu and their own Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce store, who want one order queue and one stock count.
- Sellers with mixed fulfillment. Teams that ship some orders from their own warehouse, send some to a third-party logistics (3PL) provider and let Amazon or Walmart fulfil the rest. Goflow handles all three as warehouse types.
- Wholesale and retail suppliers. Brands that receive EDI purchase orders from retailers and want them in the same system as marketplace orders.
- Operations teams with several people. Paid plans include unlimited users, so warehouse staff, customer service and buyers can all work in one place.
- Developers and agencies. The paid plans include a public API and an App Store for extending the platform.
Who should not use it: a seller with one Shopify store and a few orders a day. Shopify’s own tools, or a shipping app such as Shippo, will cover that for far less effort. Goflow’s value grows with the number of channels and warehouses you run, and the jump from free to $499 a month is steep if you only need labels.
Key features
- Order Management. Orders from every connected channel land in one queue. You can also enter orders by hand or upload them by CSV for sales that come through a channel Goflow does not integrate with.
- Inventory Management and Inventory Forecasting. Stock is tracked per warehouse and pushed to channel listings, so a sale on one channel lowers the available quantity on the others. Goflow describes forecasting as automated, but does not explain the method on its public pages.
- Fulfillment. Three workflows: your own warehouse, with barcode-driven Pick Lists; a 3PL workflow that sends orders to an outside warehouse; and store or channel fulfillment, such as Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
- Shipping & Logistics. Connect carrier accounts (UPS, FedEx, USPS Direct, EasyPost and others), set shipping policies, rate-shop across carriers, and track parcels. Since December 2025 you can add several accounts for the same carrier and rate-shop across them.
- Purchasing & Receiving. Raise purchase orders to suppliers and receive stock into warehouses. A Vendor Inventory Integration feature brings supplier stock data in as well.
- EDI Integration. Receive and process wholesale orders from retailers over EDI. Each trading partner connection carries a one-time setup fee.
- Catalog and Listings. A central product catalog, listing import and mapping, and, since March 2026, creating and managing Amazon listings, including variation families, drafts and bulk edits.
- Reports & Analytics. Profit and loss per order, profit and margin in analytics and sales reports (added March 2026), and a Sales Trends report (added July 2026).
Pricing
Goflow has three plans. Prices below come from Goflow’s pricing page at the time of writing (checked 21 October 2026) and are in US dollars. Paid plans are billed monthly on the 1st by credit card or ACH.
| Plan | Price | Orders | Users and listings | Channels and extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | Free forever, no credit card | 500 a month; imports pause at the limit until next month or an upgrade | 3 users; 1,000 new listings created in Goflow | Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart Marketplace only; QuickBooks Online only; no API or App Store |
| Subscription | From $499/month, month-to-month | Priced by order volume; continuous import | Unlimited stores, users and listings | 250+ integrations; QuickBooks Online or Desktop Enterprise; API and App Store |
| Enterprise | Custom | Tailored to volume | Unlimited | Annual contract; dedicated onboarding, a named Customer Success Manager, EDI and 3PL support |
Points worth knowing before you choose:
- Order counting. A seller-fulfilled order counts as one. Channel-fulfilled orders (FBA, WFS, FBT) count as half. Wholesale orders from integrated channels, including EDI, are counted separately, and some plans include a wholesale allowance. Wholesale orders you enter or upload by hand count as regular orders.
- Overages. Orders above your allowance are billed per order. The pricing page links to overage rates but does not show them. You can turn on auto-upgrade to move to the next tier instead.
- Higher tiers are unpublished. Only the $499 starting price is public. Ask for a quote based on your real monthly order count.
- Fees. No setup or implementation fees; onboarding is included. EDI setup and testing typically costs $500 to $1,300 per connection. SFTP and AS2 setup carry fees that are not listed, and custom document or label design is billed hourly.
- Contract. Subscription is month-to-month and cancellable; give notice at least one business day before the next cycle. Enterprise is a 12-month commitment even if paid monthly.
- No way back to Core. Once you upgrade, the free plan cannot be restored.
- No separate trial. Goflow does not mention a free trial of the paid plan. Core is the free way in.
How to use Goflow: step-by-step
Goflow’s help docs do not have one “getting started” article. The order below is assembled from its individual guides on stores, warehouses, listings and order imports.
- Sign up. Go to goflow.com/join, enter your first name, last name, company name and work email, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy and click Join Goflow. You start on the free Core plan with no card.
- Create a warehouse. You need at least one before connecting a store.
- Connect your first store and finish its basic settings.
- Map listings to products so inventory can sync.
- Add shipping accounts and shipping policies.
- Turn on order imports when you are ready to process orders.
- Invite your team under users and roles.
The three workflows below cover the steps where most setups go wrong.
Set up a warehouse and connect a store
- In the left sidebar, open Directory > Warehouses and click New Warehouse.
- Choose a Warehouse Type: Direct Fulfillment for stock you ship yourself, Third-Party Fulfillment (3PL) for an outside warehouse, or Store Fulfillment for channel-fulfilled stock such as FBA.
- Give it a unique Warehouse Name, enter the address and click Save.
- Open Directory > Stores and click New Store. Pick the channel and, where asked, the integration type and region.
- Enter a Store Name. Choose it carefully: it cannot be changed later.
- Select at least one fulfillment warehouse and click Save.
- Authorise the connection. For channels that use OAuth, click Authorize on the store’s Connection card and grant permissions on the channel’s site. For channels that use API keys, click the pencil icon on the Connection card, follow Where do I get these?, paste the keys and save. A purple Connected label confirms the link.
- Work through the store’s Basic Settings: Import Listings, Map Listings, Update Inventory, Fulfillment Warehouses, Shipping Carriers and Shipping Documents. Do this before you import any orders.
Map listings to products
Inventory sync only works once each channel listing points to a product in your catalog.
- For a single listing, open Listings > Listings, click the listing, and on the Status card look for Not Mapped to a Product.
- Click Map, select the item number of the matching product and click Save.
- For many listings at once, go to Import > Import Listing Mappings and select the store.
- Click Download Listings Requiring Mapping, fill in the Item Numbers column in the spreadsheet, then click Choose File and Import.
If the same product sells under different SKUs on different channels, this mapping is what ties them to one stock count. Check a few mapped listings by hand before trusting the bulk import.
Turn on order imports
- Open Directory > Stores and select the store.
- On the Status card, click the pencil next to Orders Import, set it to Enabled and choose a start date. You can go back up to 30 days.
- Click Save. Goflow then imports new orders every few minutes.
- For channel-fulfilled orders (for example FBA), enable Store Orders Import instead. It needs a Store Fulfillment warehouse, and the start date can go back to the beginning of the current month.
Goflow’s docs advise enabling imports only when you are ready to process orders. On Core, every imported order counts toward the 500-a-month limit, so a long back-dated import can use up a big share of it.
Tips to get better results
- Build the catalog first. Clean item numbers in Goflow make listing mapping, purchasing and reporting much easier. Fix duplicate or messy SKUs before you connect channels.
- Connect one channel, then the next. Get one store mapped, syncing and shipping correctly before adding the second. Problems are easier to trace that way.
- Test on Core with real orders. The free plan covers the five biggest channels. Run a few weeks of real orders through it before you talk to sales.
- Count orders the way Goflow does. Channel-fulfilled orders count as half. If much of your volume is FBA, your billable count is lower than your raw order count, so use Goflow’s formula when you ask for a quote.
- Ask for the overage rates in writing. They are not on the pricing page. Decide whether to turn on auto-upgrade before peak season, not during it.
- Use several carrier accounts. If you have negotiated rates on more than one account with the same carrier, add both and let rate shopping pick the cheaper one.
- Check profit per order. The Profit & Loss per order view shows which channels and products are actually making money after fees and shipping.
Limitations and common problems
- The price jump is large. Core is free, but the next step is at least $499 a month. There is nothing in between for a small seller who outgrows 500 orders. Workaround: estimate your billable orders (with channel-fulfilled orders at half) and get a written quote before you reach the limit.
- Unpublished tiers and overage rates. Your real cost depends on order volume, and only the starting price is public. Budget from a quote, not the headline figure.
- Core is narrow. Five channels, three users, QuickBooks Online only and no API. If you sell on Etsy, Temu or your own WooCommerce store, Core will not cover it.
- Core is a one-way door. After upgrading you cannot go back to the free plan, so do not upgrade for a single busy month.
- EDI costs extra. Each retailer connection carries a one-time setup fee, typically $500 to $1,300.
- Imports pause at the limit. On Core, orders stop importing once you hit 500 in a month. If you rely on Goflow for fulfillment, that can delay shipping. Watch your count near month-end.
- Store names are permanent. A store’s name cannot be changed after creation.
- Privacy policy is dated. Goflow’s privacy policy shows no last-updated date and still refers to the superseded Privacy Shield frameworks. It does not name GDPR or CCPA, list subprocessors or say where data is stored. EU and UK sellers should ask for current data-processing terms.
Alternatives
- Shopify’s built-in multichannel tools. Worth checking first if Shopify is your main store and you only add one or two marketplaces.
- Linnworks - multichannel order and inventory management with a similar scope.
- Sellbrite - simpler multichannel listing and inventory sync aimed at smaller sellers.
- Shippo - if your real need is cheaper labels from several carriers rather than full operations software, Shippo’s free plan and published Pro tiers are a lighter option.
- Teikametrics - not a replacement but a complement: it automates Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop advertising, which Goflow does not cover.

Verdict
Goflow is a good fit for brands that already sell on several marketplaces and webstores, ship from more than one place, or take wholesale orders over EDI, and need one system for orders, stock, routing and labels. The free Core plan is a genuine way to test it on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart with up to 500 orders a month. The catch is the jump to paid: at least $499 a month, with higher tiers and overage rates available only on request, and no way back to Core afterwards. Get a written quote based on your real order mix before you upgrade. If you sell on one store, or mostly need shipping labels, a lighter tool will serve you better.
Frequently asked questions
Is Goflow free?
Yes. The Core plan is free with no credit card. It covers up to 500 orders a month, 3 users and 1,000 new listings created in Goflow, on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart Marketplace, with QuickBooks Online as the only accounting link. When you reach 500 orders, imports pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
How much does Goflow cost?
At the time of writing, the paid Subscription plan starts at $499 a month, month-to-month, and is priced by order volume. Goflow does not publish the prices of higher tiers or its overage rates. Enterprise is custom-priced on an annual contract.
How does Goflow count orders?
A seller-fulfilled order counts as one order. Channel-fulfilled orders, such as Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS and TikTok FBT, count as half an order. Wholesale orders from integrated channels, including EDI, are counted separately, while manually entered or uploaded wholesale orders count as regular orders.
Which channels does Goflow integrate with?
Goflow says it integrates with 250+ marketplaces and channels on paid plans, including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, TikTok, Temu, Target Plus and Mirakl. The free Core plan is limited to Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart Marketplace.
Does Goflow charge setup fees?
Goflow says there are no setup or implementation fees and that onboarding is included. Extra one-time fees apply to EDI setup and testing (typically $500 to $1,300 per connection), SFTP and AS2 setup, and custom document or label design, which is billed hourly.
Can I cancel Goflow at any time?
Paid plans other than Enterprise are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time, with notice at least one business day before the next billing cycle. Enterprise is a 12-month commitment even if you pay monthly. Once you leave the free Core plan for a paid plan, Core cannot be restored.
